RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform in-home and in-office measurements and installations of our custom window treatment product lines; primarily roller/solar shades, Roman shades and drapery, as well as wooden blinds and more

Experience with the latest motorization installation techniques from Lutron, Crestron, and Somfy

Generate a proposal for the customer based on the measurements taken and products selected for the specific customer

Provide our customers with world-class experience throughout each measure and install appointmentLeave a positive lasting impression with our customers by demonstrating how to use the product before leaving the job site

Communicate and partner regularly with our Project Manager while in the field and on-siteUse personal judgment and initiative to develop effective solutions to challenges and obstacles pertaining to the measurement and installation of window treatments

REQUIREMENTS:
High School degree or equivalent
‍
Experience in carpentry, custom installation or a transferable skilled trade requiredSignificant experience with the use of a common hand, and power tools including but not limited to power drill, impact driver and level
‍
Experience with multiple types of fasteners, anchors and drill bits

Proven ability and experience accurately measuring within 1/8" with manual and laser measurers

Significant customer service and in-home service experience

Strong spoken and written communications skills

Punctual, reliable and possesses a great work ethic and the highest level of integrity

A strong understanding of basic to advanced technology with computers, mobile devices and tablets

Active driver's license and insurable

Ability to lift a minimum of 75 pounds and climb up and down ladders up to 26' in height
