Challenge
Properly segment the audio system in different rooms, especially in the media room where sound needs to be more concentrated for a total immersive experience. Custom build automated window treatments around the circular layout of the space.
Solutions
Every inch of this space was fully automated with smart technology subsystems and controlled easily with engraved user-friendly keypads. A good morning button opens a slew of gadgets simultaneously. Walkways are illuminated. A wine cellar regulates the temperature. Overall, the unit casts a luxurious spell with all the other installed smart technology products – the audio-video system, motorized window treatments, climate control system, surveillance cameras, enhanced Wi-Fi, network solutions and water damage protection.
